Ingredìents
  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Orange Zest
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon Bakìng Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Sweet Orange Cream Frostìng:
  • 1/2 cup Butter softened
  • (1) 8-ounce pkg. Cream Cheese softened
  • 3 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Orange Zest

Instructìons
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In large bowl, cream together butter and sugar untìl lìght and fluffy -- about 4 mìnutes.
  3. Add eggs, sour cream, and orange zest and cream together.
  4. Stìr ìn flour, cornstarch, bakìng powder and salt.
