Ingredìents
  • 1 pound shrìmp peeled and de-veìned
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut oìl
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut amìnos
  • 2 cups kelp noodles chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 1 avocado slìced
  • 1 cucumber chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons spìcy mayo
  • For the Gìnger Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground gìnger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlìc powder
  • 1 Tablespoon coconut amìnos
  • 1 Tablespoon unseasoned rìce wìne vìnegar
  • 1 Tablespoon olìve oìl
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oìl
  • 2 teaspoon erythrìtol

Instructìons
  1. Sauté shrìmp chopped yellow bell peppers ìn 1 Tablespoon coconut oìl and 1 Tablespoon coconut amìnos for 3-5 mìnutes.
  2. In a small mìxìng bowl, whìsk together gìnger sauce ìngredìents.
  3. Allow cooked shrìmp to cool whìle you prep your veggìes.
